CMPG Sub-Committees

Wellness Committee – created in 2011-2012 school year to help maintain Cowles Healthy School status and create opportunities for Cowles Students to see the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

The current members include:

Cowles Gardening Committee – created in the 2011-2012 school year and the purpose of this committee is to help plan and organize the maintenance of the gardens located at Cowles.

The current members include:

  • Dawn Larsen – Co-Chair
  • Lora Fraracci – Co-Chair
  • Jessica Boyd Wilson
  • Jennifer Kearn
  • Darren Fife

CMPG Bylaws Regarding Sub-Committees

Standing committees shall be determined annually at the September general meeting of the CMPG.  Special or ad hoccommittees may be formed for a specific purpose and as the need arises, and shall automatically cease to exist when the work is done and a final report is shared with CMPG.  Committees shall seek authorization from, and report to, the executive board.   No fundraising will be pursued without prior authorization from a majority vote of the CMPG.
